Law firm Arent Fox has hired Linda Lecomte and Michelle Marsh as partners in the firm’s intellectual property practice in New York.
Both lawyers join from law firm Kenyon & Kenyon.
Lecomte has experience in patent, trademark and trade secret arbitration. She has represented clients in the e-commerce and software industries.
Marsh advises on brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy measures. She has presented cases before both state and federal courts and the US Patent and Trademark Office.
