Law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has appointed technology specialist Michelle Tyde as counsel in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Tyde, who joins from law firm Culhane Meadows, will work in the corporate, finance and real estate department.
She focuses her practice on issues including intellectual property and technology transactions, and global sourcing transactions. Her clients come from industries such as telecommunications, financial services and healthcare.
