EIP adds Taylor Wessing partner to Düsseldorf office
EIP has announced the appointment of Christof Höhne as IP litigation partner and head of its Düsseldorf office.
Höhne joins from Taylor Wessing, where he had been a partner for more than two years.
His responsibilities will include advising and representing national and international clients in patent infringement proceedings.
“I am delighted to be joining the EIP team at this time,” said Höhne in a statement.
“Over the past few years I have watched EIP establish itself as a major player in the patent litigation field, and become a ‘go to’ firm, particularly in the field of electronics and telecommunications.”
Gary Moss, head of EIP Legal, said he is delighted with the appointment.
“His experience and expertise will help drive forward the development of our practice in Düsseldorf”, he stated.
“He will also strengthen our patent litigation offering, and allow us to continue to develop and sustain solid relationships with clients in Germany and internationally.”
The appointment takes effect on Wednesday, October 4.
