Dale Cendali is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis and the head of its copyright, trademark, internet and advertising group. During her 30-year career, she has counselled clients on disputes involving all forms of intellectual property, and has litigated some of the most high-profile cases in the country. Among her litigation experiences, she has argued before the US Supreme Court, procured and defeated multiple injunction requests, and won numerous cases on summary judgment and at trial.
