Her notable cases include EPO Opposition & Appeal proceedings in the areas of botulinum toxin; gene-editing; vaccines; and antibodies for cancer treatment. She is a regular speaker at conferences on biotech/pharmaceutical patent matters as well as on litigation-related topics.
