Christian Bolduc has more than 20 years’ experience in intellectual property covering all aspects of the trademark lifecycle, routinely preparing applications and opinions on validity and infringement. Bolduc has acted as a consultant to the Canadian government over reform to trademark laws. He maintains his influence on trademark policy through his role as a member of INTA’s limits on trademark rights subcommittee and its emerging issues committee. He has been conducting IP workshops at McGill University for more than 15 years.
