IP law specialist Marks & Clerk has strengthened its London team with the promotion of Gina Lodge to partner.

Based in the firm’s brand protection and trademark practice, Lodge advises on high-profile trademark, copyright and design disputes.

Lodge also focuses her practice on the prosecution of patents and trademarks, and IP strategy and litigation in jurisdictions globally.
