Greenspoon Marder opens office in Tennessee
US-based law firm Greenspoon Marder has opened a new office in Nashville, Tennessee and launched its intellectual property practice.
The firm currently has offices in Florida, Colorado, Nevada, New York, California and Maryland.
The firm has launched its IP office in Nashville, which focuses on patent and trademark strategies, registrations, portfolio management, licensing and litigation.
Kelly Hollowell joins the firm’s new office as a founding member and shareholder. Her practice focuses on patents, business strategy and licensing.
Her clients include companies in the medical devices, pharmaceutical and sport-theory equipment industries.
Justin McNaughton joins Hollowell in the new office as a senior counsel. He focuses on patents, trademarks and technology transfer agreements.
Gerald Greenspoon, co-managing director of the firm, said: “For years Greenspoon Marder has worked with clients who have a Nashville presence, so we are thrilled to formally open an office in the city.”
