Dykema appoints TM head
Dykema has appointed Jennifer Fraser as leader of its trademark practice group.
Fraser has served at Dykema for two years in the firm’s IP and IP litigation department. She previously served as co-chair of Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg’s trademark and copyright section.
Fraser focuses her practice on all aspects of trademark law, including US and foreign clearance and prosecution, and litigating rights before the courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Early in her career, Fraser served as an examining attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Fraser said: “We look forward to continuing to identify areas of concern to our clients and empowering Dykema attorneys and staff to help our clients strengthen trademark portfolios and address challenges. We are well-positioned to help our clients with that mission.”
