CorralRosales merges with IP boutique

Ecuador-based intellectual property law firm CorralRosales has merged with IP boutique Estudio Jurídico Gallegos.

According to a press release from CorralRosales, the merger creates one of the strongest IP practice groups in Latin America.

The new additions include partner Francisco Gallegos and associates Cristóbal Montúfar, Miguel Maigualema and Mario Moncayo.

Both firms work with many of the Fortune 500 and have taken on a series of new blue chip clients over the past 18 months.

María Cecilia Romoleroux, partner of CorralRosales, said: “We are excited to welcome Francisco and his team to CorralRosales. The addition of Estudio Jurídico Gallegos, known for its strong IP and international law expertise, will take our stellar IP client offerings to a new level with our expanded leadership in the market.”
