Benesch hires two partners in Chicago

US-based law firm Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff has hired Nicholas Secco and Kal Shah as partners in the firm’s patent litigation practice group in Chicago.

Secco joins from law firm Greenberg Traurig and Shah from Locke Lord.

Secco’s experience includes trade secret misappropriation claims, false advertising and breach of contract cases.

Shah has experience in intellectual property litigation matters and has represented clients in the electrical technologies, medical devices and bioengineering industries.
