Barnes & Thornburg boosts Atlanta litigation practice

Barnes & Thornburg has strengthened its litigation department in Atlanta with the addition of Christina Baugh as a partner.

Baugh, who joins from Fellows LaBriola, handles trademark, copyright and patent matters. She represents clients in the manufacturing, gaming and medical device industries, among others.

Randall Brown, chair of the firm’s litigation department, said: “Her deep experience in alternative dispute resolution and litigating cases at the state and federal levels enables her to provide well-rounded counsel to her clients.”

Baugh also advises businesses on commercial matters that arise during disputes between business partners, including the management matters related trade secrets.

She currently serves as president-elect of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.
