Archer & Greiner appoints chair of patent practice
Archer & Greiner has announced that Richard Gilly has joined the firm as a partner in its IP department.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Gilly will also chair Archer & Greiner’s patent practice. He will advise businesses on patent, trademark and copyright matters, and will also assists clients with licensing and acquisitions relating to IP.
Gilly’s clients include high-tech firms, medical device companies, and entertainment businesses. As a litigator he has served as lead attorney in commercial disputes involving IP rights, and he has advised clients on compliance with international transaction regulations.
