These and other front-of-mind, but rarely addressed, topics will be analyzed and discussed, as well as ethical and practical issues when working with and hiring foreign counsel and third-party vendors. The agenda will also feature relevant topics in IP law, and will be comprised of informative lectures, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. SAVE THE DATE - ECTA’s 39th Annual Conference ‘Waltzing in IP’ will be held on 21 and 22 October 2021 in Vienna in a hybrid format. Participants will share two days of intensive networking and learning opportunities on the latest trends in trade mark, design law and beyond with numerous professionals and officials from all over the world. Since our primary concern is the health and safety of our attendees, the number of onsite participants will be reduced compared to a regular Conference. The physical event will be reserved to a limited group with priority to Supervisory and Committee members, while remaining places will be assigned on a first come first served basis to ECTA members. Other ECTA members and non-members will be able to participate from their home and office via a virtual conferencing platform. ECTA members can participate at a reduced fee! More information about the programme and registration will follow in due course.
