Law firm Withers has added to its US-based intellectual property team with the appointment of two partners.
James Nealon and Steven Moore both join the firm’s litigation and IP group.
The pair join from law firm Kelley Drye & Warren and will work in Withers’s Greenwich, Connecticut office.
Moore focuses on enforcement and defence in areas including anti-counterfeiting, copyright, patents and trademarks.
Nealon concentrates on litigation, with a focus on commercial, and IP cases.
The appointments are part of a wider expansion at Withers that includes three other partners and six lawyers.
Dean Nicyper, co-chair of the firm’s US litigation department, said: “With decades of experience across the spectrum of corporate and IP law issues, this group immediately enhances our ability to help our clients in all phases of the expansion of their businesses.”
