WilmerHale hires Fish & Richardson principal

Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP has hired Tara Elliott as a partner in the firm’s IP litigation group in Washington, DC.

Formerly a principal at law firm Fish & Richardson, the litigator said WilmerHale’s “collaborative approach and broad business and litigation capabilities” encouraged her to move.

Lisa Pirozzolo, co-chair of the firm’s IP litigation group, added: “Tara’s intellectual property litigation experience, dedication to client service and leadership in the legal community, provide us with a unique opportunity to expand on our core strengths and build our litigation team.”

WilmerHale’s IP litigation group has around 140 lawyers and technology specialists.
