Williams Mullen hires partner in Virginia

Law firm Williams Mullen has hired David Kulik as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice in Virginia.

Kulik has experience in patent, trademark, and post-grant proceedings and has represented clients in the food, tobacco, and environmental protection industries.

Kulik, who previously worked at law firm Wiley Rein, joins the firm’s Tysons Corner office.

Craig Mytelka, chair of the firm’s IP practice, said: “We’re excited to welcome David to our practice. His experience allows us to further enhance our IP capabilities in Tysons Corner.”
