Williams Mullen hires IP partner in North Carolina

US-based law firm Williams Mullen has welcomed Andy Kozusko as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Kozusko joins from his own law firm Acme Patent Law, where he worked as a partner.

He has experience in patent litigation, IP portfolio management, and IP enforcement and defence matters. He has represented clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

David Paulson, Carolinas managing partner, said: “Andy is a great addition to our IP team. He has loads of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, and we are thrilled he will be expanding his practice with us in Raleigh.”
