Vinson & Elkins adds two IP partners

Law firm  Vinson & Elkins has strengthened its intellectual property practice by hiring Jennifer Chen and John Fuisz in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

Chen (pictured below, left) and Fuisz (pictured below, right) join from law firm McDermott Will & Emery.

Chen’s experience includes IP licensing, transactional work, patent portfolio management and patent disputes before US district courts.

Fuisz has experience in patent litigation and has represented clients in the technology industry before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
