Venezuelan IP firms merge

Venezuelan law firms Gonzalez & Newman and Rossini & Asociados have confirmed they have merged this week.

The firm will operate under the new name GR Lex and will be headed by Castor Gonzalez-Escobar and Nicolas Rossini, partners in the firm. It will be based in the capital, Caracas.

The firm’s services will include assistance in patent, trademark and copyright issues for both domestic and international companies.
