Van Innis joins Field Fisher Waterhouse

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has recruited IP lawyer Thierry van Innis, who joins the firm’s Brussels office as of counsel from Allen & Overy LLP.

Van Innis previously spent 23 years at Loeff Claeys Verbeke as a partner. He has also been chairman of the Benelux Trademark Association.

He specialises in trademark and patents while advising on both contentious and noncontentious IP.

Eric Cusas, managing partner of Field Fisher Waterhouse’s Brussels office, said: “[Thierry’s] expertise will be a significant asset as we build the practice, offering IP advice to Belgian clients as well working on cross-jurisdictional matters as part of the wider European IP capability.”
