Troutman Sanders adds patent specialist to San Diego team
Law firm Troutman Sanders has boosted its San Diego office with the appointment of David Devernoe as partner.
Devernoe has joined the firm’s intellectual property practice from law firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani.
Devernoe has experience in patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation.
Mike Whitton, managing partner of the firm’s San Diego office, said: “His technical background and knowledge will enhance the firm’s representation of established and emerging companies on the west coast on IP matters.”
Devernoe is joined by associate Christopher Franich, who also arrives from Gordon & Rees.
