Stoel Rives promotes three

Law firm Stoel Rives has promoted Nathan Brunette, Joe Hawkins and Alex Oh to partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Brunette works in the firm’s Portland, Oregon office and has experience in trade dress, licensing and trademark law.

Hawkins specialises in pre-litigation patent analysis. He is based in the firm’s Salt Lake City office and has represented clients in the software and engineering industries.

Seattle-based Oh focuses on post-grant proceedings, IP due diligence and litigation.

The roles are effective immediately.
