Spruson & Ferguson opens Melbourne office

IP law firm Spruson & Ferguson has opened a new office in Melbourne, Australia.

The office will be led by Tim Allen, who has joined as a principal and will lead a team of five trademark practitioners.

Allen has experience in all aspects of trademark, copyright and design law and misleading conduct and passing off.

He’ll be joined by senior associates Natalia Blecher and Christina Linforth-Barker, alongside senior trademark practitioner Brooke Walker.

Silke Henning and Tony Paton join as trademark practitioner and paralegal respectively.
