Law firm Shook, Hardy & Bacon has expanded its intellectual property practice by hiring Hugh Abrams as a partner.
Abrams joins from law firm Sidley Austin, where he worked as an equity partner.
He has experience in patent cases and has argued before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
