Ropes & Gray adds patent litigator to IP team

Ropes & Gray LLP has bolstered the IP team at its Silicon Valley office with the hiring of Andrew Thomases as partner.

Thomases (pictured), who will join the firm’s patent litigation group, has more than 20 years of experience, with a particular focus on the technology sector; he has litigated cases across the US including before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission.
