Robins Kaplan adds partner in Los Angeles

US-based law firm Robins Kaplan has expanded its intellectual property and technology litigation group by hiring Breton Bocchieri as a partner in Los Angeles.

Bocchieri joins from law firm Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg, where he worked as a partner.

He has experience in patent, trademark and copyright cases and has represented clients such as Kawasaki Motors.

Michael Geibelson, managing partner of the firm’s California offices, said: “Bret’s significant trial and litigation successes across intellectual property disciplines make him a perfect fit for our clients, and deepens our bench strength for patent, trademark, and trade secret cases in California.”
