Pryor Cashman adds IP litigator

US law firm Pryor Cashman LLP, which has offices in New York and Los Angeles, has hired IP litigator Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme.

Finguerra-DuCharme joins from White & Case and specialises in litigation, particularly in the areas of trademarks, false advertising and copyright. She also prosecutes trademarks in the US and provides opinions over the availability of trademarks in the US. She represents clients in a variety of industries such as luxury goods groups, car manufacturing and financial services.
