Polsinelli hires shareholder in New York

US law firm Polsinelli has hired Jarno Vanto as a shareholder in the firm’s intellectual property department in New York.

Vanto joins from law firm Borenius Attorneys, where he worked as a partner.

He has experience in data privacy, licensing, and IP litigation, and his clients include companies in the engineering and technology industries.

Dan Flanigan, chair of the firm's financial services and real estate department, and managing partner of the New York office, said: “We are very fortunate to have attracted Jarno here. He is a great addition to our already strong corporate and litigation IP practice in New York.”
