Pierce Atwood hires new IP attorney

Law firm  Pierce Atwood has hired Thomas Gilbersen, an antitrust and intellectual property trial and appellate attorney.

Gilbersen was previously a litigation partner in Venable’s Washington office.

He represents clients pursuing internal investigation and responding to enforcement actions by the Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, the International Trade Commission and various state attorney generals.

Gilbersen’s focus includes banking and financial services, healthcare, advertising and publishing.
