Osborne Clarke takes IP specialists from Rouse
Law firm Osborne Clarke has hired Arty Rajendra as a partner, Mark Foreman as director of trademarks, Richard May as a senior associate and Leanne Gulliver as a trademark attorney in the firm’s London office.
The lawyers all join from Rouse.
Rajendra’s experience includes trademark, patent and design litigation. She has acted on behalf of a technology company in patent infringement and validity proceedings at the UK Court of Appeal.
Foreman, who jointly led Rouse’s trademark portfolio management practice with Rajendra, has experience in trademark prosecution and brand management practice.
May and Gulliver, who are both qualified trademark attorneys, also join the IP team.
Leona Briggs, partner and head of the firm’s litigation practice group, said: “Arty, Mark and the rest of the team will fit very well into the culture of the firm and share the same ambition to grow our IP business both in the UK and internationally.
“We very much look forward to having them at the firm and to the contribution they will make to our growing the business and to deepening our client relationships.”
