O’Melveny & Myers welcomes partner in Silicon Valley

Law firm O’Melveny & Myers has brought in Vision Winter as a partner in the intellectual property practice in Silicon Valley.

Winter has worked at the firm since 2004 and is transferring from the firm's Los Angeles office.

He has experience in patent, trade secret and IP disputes. He has represented clients in the technology industry.
