Norton Rose Fulbright adds two partners in New York

Law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has hired Gerard Messina and Michelle Carniaux as partners in the firm’s intellectual property practice in New York.

Both lawyers join from law firm Kenyon & Kenyon.

Messina’s (pictured below, left) experience includes handling patent portfolio matters before the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Carniaux (pictured below, right) has experience in post-grant proceedings and has represented clients in the telecommunications and electronics industries.

Gina Shishima, the firm’s US head of IP, said: “Jerry and Michelle will offer our clients sophisticated strategies for drafting and prosecuting domestic, international and foreign national patent applications.”
