Merchant & Gould opens Silicon Valley office, adds two partners
US law firm Merchant & Gould has opened a new office in Silicon Valley where David Bohrer and Mansi Shah have been hired as partners in the intellectual property practice.
Bohrer and Shah join from Valorem Law Group, where they also worked as partners.
Bohrer (pictured below, left) has experience in patent, trade secrets and copyright matters. He has represented clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Shah’s (pictured below, right) experience includes IP strategy related to patents, trademarks and copyright. She has represented clients in a range of technology industries.
