Meissner Bolte recruits new partner Ebert-Weidenfeller

German IP firm Meissner Bolte has recruited Andreas Ebert-Weidenfeller as a new partner.

He will join the firm’s trademark and design centre in Bremen.

Meissner Bolte said: “We are delighted that Dr. Ebert-Weidenfeller is joining the traditionally strong trademark department of our Bremen office. His international focus will prove invaluable to our clients operating in this market.”

Prior to joining Meissner Bolte, he was a partner at the IP boutique Boehmert & Boehmert. He later joined global law firm Jones Day, where he led a team specialising in trademark and competition law.

Meissner Bolte is a specialist IP firm established in Bremen in 1908. The firm focuses on patent, trademark and licensing law.
