McNees adds one in Pennsylvania
US law firm McNees Wallace and Nurick has hired David Smith as of counsel in the firm’s intellectual property practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Before joining the firm Smith served as senior IP counsel at computer network company LSI Corporation.
He has experience in patent infringement, applications and litigation.
