McGuireWoods adds partner in Washington, DC
Law firm McGuireWoods has hired Steven Adkins as a partner in the firm’s IP and patent litigation department in Washington, DC.
Adkins joins from law firm Steptoe & Johnson, where he also worked as a partner.
He has experience in infringement cases before the US International Trade Commission (ITC).
His practice focuses on section 337 investigations at the ITC for complainants based in the US, Europe, Asia and South America.
Adkins’ clients include companies in the automotive, chemicals and computer software industries.
