Marks & Clerk promotes three to partner

Marks & Clerk has promoted three lawyers to partner across the firm’s UK offices.

Esther Ford, Jonathan Stafford and John Ferdinand were all promoted yesterday, August 1. 

Patent attorney Ford works in the firm’s Cambridge office and specialises in patent matters relating to internet service provision, semiconductor devices, oil and gas recovery and the internet of things.  

Stafford is a patent attorney based in Manchester. He handles patent and design matters in the chemistry and life sciences sectors, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals.

Based in Birmingham, Ferdinand is a trademark attorney with more than ten years'​ experience. He focuses his practice on a range of sectors including food and drink, apparel, and media and entertainment.
