Marks & Clerk bolsters Australian team

The Australian office of law firm Marks & Clerk LLP has bolstered its IP team with the appointment of Virginia Beniac-Brooks as partner.

Beniac-Brooks (pictured below), who specialises in biochemistry and prosecuting and litigating patents and trademarks, becomes the fourth partner in the firm’s Melbourne office.
