Loeb & Loeb adds senior counsel in Tennessee

Law firm Loeb & Loeb has expanded its advanced media and technology department by hiring Elisabeth (Bess) Morgan in Nashville, Tennessee.

Morgan joins from law firm McDermott Will & Emery, where she worked as an attorney.

She has experience in managing and maintaining trademark portfolios, and licensing and co-existence settlement agreements.

Her clients include companies in the media, entertainment, television, technology, manufacturing, hospitality and apparel industries.

Tiffany Dunn, a partner in the entertainment department, said: “Bess’s depth of knowledge in the IP, branding and marketing space will enhance the capabilities of the tight-knit and specialised team we have here in Nashville.”
