LawPlus promotes one

LawPlus Ltd has promoted Prasantaya Bantadtan to become a partner.

Prasantaya studied law at Thammasat, Exeter and Warwick Universities, and worked with a magic circle UK firm for two years before joining LawPlus in 2003.

She has extensive experience in advising local and international corporate clients on banking and securities, restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A, and intellectual property.

She will continue to focus on these practices. Prasantaya is a member of the Thai Bar, the Lawyers Council of Thailand, the IPAT, the AIPA, the APAA, the INTA and the IBA.
