Kelley Drye & Warren hires two partners
Law firm Kelley Drye & Warren has hired John Ward and Michael Zinna as partners in the firm’s intellectual property practice.
They both join from law firm Ward & Zinna where they were founding principles.
Ward (pictured below, left) has experience in patents and copyright, and has represented clients in the luxury goods and software industries while Zinna (pictured below, right) focuses on trademark and patent litigation.
The pair will be based in the New York and New Jersey offices respectively.
Frank Morris, a special counsel and David Lindenbaum, a senior associate, also join from the firm from Ward & Zinna.
Lewis Rose the firm’s managing partner, said: “John and Michael will strengthen Kelley Drye’s patent and trademark litigation bench and enhance the depth of intellectual property services we offer clients.”
