Law firm Kaye Scholer has added a team of three life sciences and technology lawyers to its intellectual property group.
Deborah Fishman (pictured below, left) joins as a partner, while Krista Carter and Katie Scott (pictued below, right) join as counsel. They all arrive from law firm Dickstein Shapiro, and will work in Kaye Scholer’s Silicon Valley office.
Fishman advises companies in IP disputes, with a focus on biopharmaceutical and medical device patent litigation.
Carter focuses on patent litigation for biotechnology and IT companies.
Scott counsels clients on IP and technology-related disputes, including proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
