K&L Gates appointments

The Palo Alto office of K&L Gates LLP has appointed two new partners to its intellectual property litigation practice.

Karineh Khachatourian and Bryan J. Sinclair both join from Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC.

Khachatourian has extensive experience representing a wide range of technology companies throughout the Silicon Valley and the United States, and currently serves as president of the Women’s Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.

With a practice focused on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation and enforcement, Sinclair also has considerable experience representing Silicon Valley companies in jurisdictions throughout the United States.
