Law firm Jones Day has hired Thomas Bouvet as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice in Paris.
Bouvet has experience in patent litigation, trade secrets, plant variety rights, unfair competition, passing off and employee inventions.
He is joined at the firm by three associates, Eddy Prothière, Isabelle Bertaux, and Laura Romestant.
All of the lawyers join from France-based law firm Véron & Associés.
Bouvet’s team specialises in litigation and general patent advice.
