Jenner & Block promotes two to partner

Law firm Jenner & Block has promoted Justin Maleson and Shaun Van Horn to partner in the firm’s intellectual property and complex commercial litigation practices.

They both work in the firm’s Chicago office.

Maleson’s experience includes trade secrets, licensing, and technology outsourcing.

Van Horn has represented clients in the consumer electronics, construction and social media industries.

His experience includes anti-competition, patent licensing, and copyright claims.

The moves, which come as part of 18 promotions across the firm, became effective on January 1.
