US law firm Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell has hired Rachel Capoccia as a partner in the firm’s patent litigation group in Los Angeles, California.
Capoccia joins from law firm Alston & Bird, where she also worked as a partner.
She has experience in copyright and patent litigation, and her clients include technology and software companies.
