US-based law firm Janik Vinnakota has hired Sean Hsu as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice in Dallas, Texas.
Hsu joins from law firm Hartline Dacus Barger Dreyer, where he worked as an attorney.
He has experience in patent portfolio management, licensing, IP litigation and providing legal guidance to start-up companies.
His clients include companies in the semiconductor, biomedical and electronics industries.
Glenn Janik, co-founder of the firm, said: “Sean’s trial skills, technical background, and fluency in Mandarin represent a trifecta of talents that will help the law firm continue its growth—both in the areas of IP litigation and in expanding our start-up legal services to first and second generation Chinese and Taiwanese entrepreneurs.”
