Law firm J A Kemp has announced that it will open a new office in Cambridge and that Andy Bentham will lead the office.
The firm has a main office in central London as well as one in Oxford.
Its intellectual property practice covers patents, trademarks, and IP strategy, with the firm often representing clients in the engineering, IT and software industries.
Bentham, who is a partner at the firm, said: “We have seen a significant increase in patent activity from the UK in the last few years and we are looking forward to joining the Cambridge cluster of high-tech and other innovators.”
