Husch Blackwell promotes two IP lawyers to partner

US law firm Husch Blackwell has promoted two intellectual property lawyers to partner as part of a wave of promotions at the firm.

Joan Archer (pictured below) and Nathan Olee (pictured below) are among 13 promotions at the firm at the turn of the year.. Both are based in the firm’s Kansas City office.

Archer, formerly a senior associate, is part of the food and agribusiness team. She assists clients with litigation and managing their brands. Before joining the firm in 2013, she worked as a partner at the law firm Armstrong Teasdale.

Oleen, previously an attorney at the firm, is a member of its technology, manufacturing and transportation department. He joined the firm in 2006 and specialises in patent and trademark protection.
